Vakhrusheva, Ph.D., Head of the Department for Technological Development, Izhevsk Petroleum Scientific Center CJSC, e-mail: NOVahrusheva@udmurtneft.ru, Izhevsk, Russian Federation Improving of Business Process of Servicing Wells using Digital Technology Russian oil and gas companies are implementing projects to digitalize their fields. Enterprises use digital twins technology to model and predict scenarios for optimizing field development and field operation processes. The objectives of the article relate well operation (the main element of the technological process of oil production) and digitalization of the process. The processes are analyzed in detail in the article, shortcomings and opportunities for their improvement are identified. Digitalization of the well will allow to implement 3 possible control options. The final result is a reduction of the response time to an emergency to a minimum and, ultimately, a complete prevention of all possible accidents (possible types of accidents are formulated). There are 3 modes of functioning of artificial intelligence. The concept of all possible modes has been developed. The economic feasibility of implementing a project on the introduction of digital technologies in the process of well maintenance is revealed on the example of the fields of JSC Udmurtneft. The estimated economic effect is calculated. The calculation of the additional number of required personnel to achieve the specified project indicators with a decrease in response time is performed. The project looks attractive from a strategic point of view, taking into account its economic efficiency. Unscheduled oil loss emergencies are reduced annually, in-shift oil losses are reduced, basic, main and additional production is maintained by monitoring the pumping efficiency, and risks in the field of industrial safety, labor protection and the environment are eliminated / minimized. |
