Methodological Bases of Evaluation of the Sustainability of the Operation of the Aviation Information System

The article shows the interdependent relationship between the conflict stability of aviation organizational and technical systems and their support for the use of information and communication networks. A new indicator of the stability of the functioning of aviation information and communication networks is proposed, based on the provisions of probability theory and allowing to determine the lower estimate of the conflict stability of aviation organizational and technical systems.
