We are talking about multidimensional inertialess objects for the case when the components of the output vector are stochastically dependent, and the nature of this dependence is a priori unknown. Building a model of a multidimensional inertia-free object in the case when the vectors of inputs and outputs are stochastically dependent (in particular, multicollinear), necessitates solving a system of implicit functions, which is a key component in the way of considering this problem.
