V. I. Levin, Dr. Sci (Tech), Professor, Penza State Technological University, e-mail: Vilevin@mail.ru The Analysis of Inexactly Specified Functions by Interval-differential Calculus The existing approaches to system optimization under uncertainty are considered. The problem of calculating and analyzing the dynamics of function which specified up to interval. To solve this problem it is reduced to the corresponding problems for the upper and lower boundary functions of the original function. We use the technique of interval mathematics and interval-differential calculus. P. 163170 I. A. Mochalov, Professor, Bauman Moscow State Technical University, M. S. Shihab Eddin, Graduate Student, Russian Peoples' Friendship University Fuzzy Diferential Equations in Control. Part I Presents the basic definitions and the theory of fuzzy sets they are further used to describe the theory of fuzzy ordinary differential equations and methods of solving them. For this, we define the membership function as an analogue of the characteristic function of the set theory. Listed species of fuzzy numbers: triangular, generalized, strong, weak, single and identifies the fuzzy vector function; function of several variables; dimensional function. Provides definitions of fuzzy arithmetic operations, as a special type of fuzzy function with its geometric interpretation. Determination of order relations which allow to compare the fuzzy numbers. We introduce the Banach space of fuzzy variables with different metrics. This allows you to define different types of fuzzy derivatives by type of convergence in these metrics. Establish the equivalence of the considered fuzzy derivatives by the wording of the corresponding theorems without proof. And provide examples of calculating the fuzzy derivative for a given fuzzy function. P. 171178 V. S. Zarubin, Prof., e-mail: Zarubin@bmstu.ru, G. N. Savelyeva, Associated Prof., e-mail: Inga.SaveIyeva@gmail.com, Bauman Moscow State Technical University, Moscow Hierarchical System of Mathematical Models of Heat Conduction in Composite Materials Within hierarchical approach the multilevel system of mathematical models of the composite material describing heat transfer and thermal interaction between a matrix of a composite and reinforcing inclusions is constructed. This system is used for the comparative analysis of estimates of effective coefficient of heat conductivity one of the key parameters defining scope of the concrete composite. On the basis of the dual formulation of a variation problem of stationary heat conductivity in a non-uniform solid body bilateral estimates of possible values of this coefficient are received. These estimates are specified by means of Hashin Shtrikmana's variation principle. The system of models is constructed in relation to dispersion strengthened composites with spherical inclusions. Mathematical models of heat transfer in a composite with the matrix structure, allowing to consider a relative positioning of inclusions, are considered. The bilateral estimates received on the basis of these models, limit narrower strip of possible values of effective coefficient of thermal conductivity of a composite in comparison with the specified bilateral estimates which follow from Hashin-Shtrikman's variation principle. Comparison of results of the quantitative analysis of the constructed merarkhichesky system of mathematical models allowed to draw conclusions on degree of adequacy of the constructed models. To estimate parameters, we performed a series of computational experiments. It is shown that the dynamics of the length is determined by the 18-month harmonic component, and the dynamics of weight 12-month and 18-month components. Performed substantive interpretation of the results. P. 187192 R. R. Rzayev, Dr. Sc. (Tech.), Professor, raminrza@yahoo.com, A. I. Goyushov, Post-Graduate Student, geyushev@hotmail.com, A. Sh. Almasov, Post-Graduate Student, askalmasov@gmail.com, Institute of Control Systems of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences, Baku, Azerbaijan, AZ 1141 Estimation of the Telecommunication Services Quality on the Base of the Fuzzy Modeling Method At the present stage of development of telecommunication and wireless communications technologies improving the quality of telecom services is most nagging problem. Telecom services is constantly being improved by increasing the speed of data transmission, greater mobility of users, expanding the range of services, improving the utilization of radio frequency spectrum and the degree of network equipment intellectuality and subscriber gadgets. At the same time, improving the telecommunication links occurs at the junction of contradiction between the evergrowing consumer demand for subscription services and the limited number of frequencies that is completely objective. In turn, this causes a significant expansion of the range of services provided by the Capcom, increasing consumer demands for services quality and, as a result, improvement of existing control technologies. The main goal is the creation of the intelligent system of quality assessment and control of telecommunication services on the base of fuzzy inference system. P. 193200 V. A. The approach is based on the Model-Driven Engineering methodology and ontologies. This approach allow us automatically create complex software for optimal design of heat supply systems taking into account the peculiarity of application problems and the individual conditions of the development of these systems. The developed approach has been used for the implementation of the software SOSNA intended for solving the problem of heat supply system parameter optimization. P. 201209 Yu. V. Such model should be create on the basis of existing metaschemes of bases of geodata with the account multyfactority interactions of users and semantics which has been put in pawn in spatial ontologyes and-or geothesauruses and qualifiers. Work is devoted research and the analysis of existing models and methods of representation of geodata and has for an object an estimation of relevance of existing structures geogiven to methods and approaches of maintenance of their semantic geointeroperability at the decision of problems of conceptual search of geodata. For the analysis those structures of geodata which combine in itself means of display of all three groups of the spatially-distributed information have been chosen: semantic, metric and topological. Various levels of representation of a geoinformation content which demand essentially various methods of processing are considered. P. 224235 V. V.
