Use of Background Reduction Methods under Segmentation of Telemetric Images for Identification of Object Groups

A problem object group observation is under study at a low quality of telemetric image. Object identification is performed by segmentation of telemetric image in its pixel feature space. As shown, for estimation of pixel distribution modes in the image pixel feature space, the Mean shift algorithm can be in use. An overabundant initialization of the algorithm by all image pixels is reduced by the Seam carving algorithm, which decreases the image background size. As shown by a telemetric image sample, the Mean shift algorithm smoothies its texture to visualize the object perception.

Automatic Recognition of Isolated Words on the Basis of Fuzzy Set Theory and Cluster Model of Minimal Speech Units

A novel automatic phoneme recognition algorithm was proposed on the basis of cluster model of minimal speech units and fuzzy set theory, if several model phonemes are available. By using this fuzzy coding-decoding method the algorithm of isolated words recognition was developed. The results of its experimental study for Russian language are presented. It is shown that the accuracy of the proposed approach is 3—5,5 % higher than the accuracy of other well-known methods.

Estimation Parameter Model Using Fuzzy Random Data

The article deals with the traditional methods of point estimates with respect to the "hybrid" data, which are a type of fuzzy random variables. Using the theory of fuzzy linear systems shows that the treatment of "hybrid" data there are "strong—weak" point estimates of parameters. Is a simple example of processing of fuzzy data.

Solution Stability of Optimization Problems in Condition of Uncertainty

A problem of optimization of incompletely defined (non-determi-nistic) functions is considered. The parameters of such functions are intervals. It is shown that problem solution also requires touching of problem: finding optimum which has stability to variations of values of the function parameters. Method for determining optimum of function and its stability by methods of interval mathematics is presented.

Multicriteria Optimization in the Life Cycle of Products

There is the important task of improving the competitiveness and efficiency of engineering industries in this country. To solve this problem it is necessary the creation of integrated computer systems automation, covering all stages of the product life cycle. There are made significant progress in the development of software and information support of such systems, including the integration of design and process planning. It is need to make such progress at the mathematical software. The best prospects in this regard are multi-criteria optimization techniques that are still used only in the design of products.
The article describe an example of the method, which may serve to enhance the implementation in industry.
Keywords: PLM, multi-criteria optimization
