Optimization of the Distribution of Resource by Time Periods in Management in Digitalized Organizational Systems

The article considers, on a general theoretical basis, two tasks of Optimizing the allocation of resources over time Periods in managing the development of a digitalized organizational system and in managing the mandatory activities of personnel to achieve the set goals of the functioning of the organizational system and to be distributed between stages and iterations. The application of an optimization approach for a new class of organizational systems — Agile-oriented systems, and for the development of a digital decision management environment in organizational systems is shown.
