An Expert-Heuristic Method for Evaluating Interfaces. Formation of a Group of Experts and Calculation of their Weight Coefficients

The research is aimed at forming a new method for evaluating interfaces, which ensures its multi-criteria nature and eliminates the shortcomings of previous methods. A combination of expert and heuristic approaches is proposed to detect a wide range of UI/UX problems, ensure the competence of the assessment and reduce the level of distrust in the expert. The paper describes the principle of determining the expert's weight coefficient and its practical application.
