An Integrated Approach to Assessing the Digital Maturity of an Industry

A methodology for calculating an indicator for assessing the aggregate level of digital maturity of an industry is proposed and its approbation is carried out on the example of the industrial complex of Russia. The proposed methodology includes such stages as descriptive statistics of local indicators of industry digitalization, factor and component analysis, calculation of an indicator for assessing the aggregate level of digital maturity of an industry based on weight coefficients and analysis of its dynamics. The method for calculating the indicator for assessing the aggregate level of digital maturity of an industry proposed in the article can be considered as a toolkit for improving the assessment of the digital transformation of an industrial complex.
