Methodology of Activity and Scientific Research Efficiency Evaluation in Medical Organization: N. N. Burdenko National Medical Research Center of Neurosurgery Experience

Accounting for the scientific research efficiency of the organization is a key tool for it's strategic plan formulation for organization development and management. This article describes the experience of Federal state autonomous institution "N. N. Burdenko national medical research center of neurosurgery" of the Ministry of health of the Russian Federation on development of activity and scientific research efficiency evaluation methodology from 2014 to 2019 for the purpose of its efficiency increment by employees encouragement. During this period, for objective reasons, the system of analysis of scientific performance has been evolved. However, the proposed methods of its monitoring and evaluation allowed to maintain the trend of scientific performance growth and at the same time to set no less important tasks of scientific works quality management.
