Digital Content Service for the Distance Learning

Education is an important foundation on which any area of the modern world is built. The quality education allows students to get promising jobs, and employers to get more trained employees, to reach career goals and development plans. By "education" we understand more than the educational process. It is also the acquisition of various knowledge and skills during the electronic literature research and analysis. The article is devoted to the task of developing a concept and requirements for a new service for working with digital content that can overcome existing barriers to the use of digital content and establish convenient two-way communication between the author and the reader, and effectively complement existing and developing online education platforms. The suggested approach is based on an analysis of the needs and interests of all participants in the education market, taking into account the trends in the transformation of educational institutions and the formation of digital universities. These goals were achieved by designing a prototype of a digital content service appropriate for the distance learning so required nowadays.
