Kostikova3, Assistant Professor, e-mail: kostikovaev@mail.ru, 1Saint Petersburg Electrotechnical University "LETI" , Adaptive Method of Spectral Transformation of Video Information of Transport Images Proposed the method of coding and decoding video data based on adaptive three-dimensional discrete cosine transform (3D-DCT), provide increased efficiency of operation of the transfer device and reduction of information quality, systems: distortion levelsf, bit rate, and complexity encoders. To improve the performance of the image compression algorithm, the classification of transport subjects by type of motion is used. The results of testing the algorithm and a comparative analysis of the proposed method with the known methods MPEG2 and MPEG4 are obtained. P. 39–45 |
