An algorithm is proposed for determining the location of the anti-insider unit in the organizational structure of the enterprise. A pragmatic approach to assessing the need and cost of introducing counter measures to insider activities is shown. The condition of economic feasibility of introducing means of counteracting insider activities is given, and approaches to assessing insider information are proposed and the main conclusions are formulated.
