Information System of Environmental Safety Assessment of Aviation Materials and Technologies by the Analytic Hierarchy Process

The paper considers design principles, results of testing and recommendations for the development of the automated information system (AIS) using the multi-criteria analysis of environmental benefits of aircraft technologies and materials based on the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). The use of simple AHP algorithm to solve the optimization problem and the choice of the appropriate software for its implementation is substantiated. The results of a computational experiment carried out with the help of the developed AIS to study the possibility of replacing traditional aviation fuel with alternative energy sources are presented.
