Sc., e-mail: yuriy_zack@hotmail.com, Aachen, Germany Principles of Construction of Systems of Imitation Modeling of Production Systems The main tasks, functions, principles of construction, main components and architecture, the amount of necessary information for building the system of simulation production are considered. As a result of the simulation experiments carried out, they can be used to determine the optimal structure, the composition of technological modules and the distribution of personal resources, the directions of material flows, the choice of strategies, parameters and inspection points for uncompleted production, the size of the batch of processed products, and algorithmic control of the technological process. Solutions based on these results can be used both at the stage of operational and scheduling, and at the design stage, selecting the composition and technical characteristics of the production modules and the technological preparation of the production.
