Information System for Design Enterprises

The article is devoted to the task of ensuring the largest possible efficiency of investments in the production of the set product program factored in external and internal conditions (limitations) of the enterprises. The legal document containing the specified parameters which determine efficiency is a project. The current state of the project preparation process does not allow during the acceptable time to carry out multivariant design of enterprises and choose the most effective version. It is suggested an approach to create IT system capable to provide multivariant design of enterprises based on complex automation of database creation for object model design. The technical report "Formation of the user requirements to the system" and the concepts of the system were developed. The suggested IT system as a tool for the technical and economic assessment of construction / reconstruction of production facilities will allow in admissible time without an increase in the number of designers to create several reasonable variants of the model for design object, to compare the variants according to their effectiveness and choose the best one. Creation of the system will be a significant step in the directions of information support of products life cycle and their means of production, and achieving the world level of domestic information products in this area. The work was done factored in modern standards and technical capabilities, long experience of creation and development of the CAD "Enterprise".
