This paper discusses issues related to monitoring the operability state of elements of Grid systems. Proposed the authors solution to the problem of integrating the system FLAME for monitoring the state operability with information services of software package Globus Toolkit 4 (GT4) and, separately, are in the stage of development information services of software package Globus Toolkit 5.
