Innovational Approach to E-learning in Dubna University based on Virtual Computerized Laboratory and Cloud Computing

The article describes best practices for training highly qualified specialists with use of virtual computer laboratory, based on service-oriented architecture and cloud computing technology. The authors focuses on key components of the virtual computer lab, its integration, and explain step by step information about hardware and software used for development of system kernel, as well as educational and methodological aspects of successful use in the learning environment.
