Cross-Programming Systems for Defense Purposes: through the Pages of the 1970s History

The publication contains fragments of history of the cross-programming systems development and usage for creation of the complex control program systems for the multiple defenses. They provided the effective development of the country's weapons systems in conditions of relatively poor quality and insufficient resources of the existing in those years computers.
