Analysis of Expert Information on Environmental Indicators Vehicles

The results of the analysis of the problematic issues that arise in the creation and support of information systems for measuring and regulation of hazardous substances coming from polluting vehicles are given in the article. Based on the theoretical analysis of the subject area for an automated information system, which is based on a database of environmental indicators, a structure of an Internet resource for storing and processing information on the environmental control of vehicles is proposed. For the development of the Internet resource tools MySQL database and content management system MODx Revolution, Apache and phpMyAdmin technologies are offered. To automate the expert assessment of the environmental performance of vehicle we have analyzed domain characterizing the environmental impact of vehicles, for subsequent creation of software multi-user information system. We have analyzed and grouped individual facts characterizing the control of the environmental performance of vehicles and the corresponding decrease in toxicity of the system. It revealed a generalized integral measure of the most important components of harmful substances emitted by motor vehicles in the atmosphere. We used mathematical methods for processing experimental data obtained by the results of literature review to establish quantitative relationships between the technical characteristics of vehicles and environmental indicators. To create a statistical model of integrated environmental indicators, the method of the main components of the classical theory of factor analysis was applied. We have defined the analytical dependences for calculating the integral of the generalized indicator of the level of environmental performance of vehicles. The choice of tools for Internet resource information system is proved.
