The results of the analysis of existing approaches to labeling of goods are presented, the requirements of legislation and regulations in this area are considered. Based on the obtained data, a software prototype has been developed that can automate the process of marking verification, which will provide a high level of control and minimize errors. It is expected that the developed prototype will contribute to the efficiency of the labeling process, ensuring not only compliance with regulations, but also improving the overall safety and quality of products offered on the market. The software product is focused on universal application and can be integrated into a variety of business spheres, including production of goods, provision of services, warehouse management and even in areas where a complex process of control over the production and labeling of goods is required.
