Logical Model of Information and System Reliability Requirements for Knowledge Bases of Intellectual Systems

The paper proposes a logical model of knowledge representation, forms requirements for information and system reliability of knowledge bases of intelligent systems, justifies a set of indicators of information-system reliability knowledge base, provides the analysis of the characteristics of the situational approach in management and its ap­plication for condition monitoring knowledge base. The article presents the image of the monitoring system to ensure information and system reliability of the intellectual system. The main requirements for ensuring reliable behavior and operability of information systems are identified and developed.
