Mobile Equipment in the Quarries for Limestone Cleaning from Clay Inclusions
Practice development limestone quarries showed that productive thicker deposits are often found karsts and zaglinizirovannye zone of intense fracturing.
In developing the local quarries carbonate raw material has not been developed sufficiently cleaning technology from clay mineral inclusions. In the pits for this purpose are used stationary and mobile. Analysis work on the deposits of carbonate raw materials suggests three options flowsheets with different composition of the equipment, the parameters of the working area and yield conditioned product.
At the present stage with the release of the equipment, there are two ways to separation of the rock mass: using vibrating processes, using machines based on rotating work items. These methods are based on the projects and the development of complex cleaning of raw clay (CCRC).
In world practice, industry mastered both stationary and mobile CCRC. Most grohotilnyh units created on the basis generate vibration. Projects of national aggregates are not mastered by industry. Foreign firms are developing units with roll mill and a trommel, which in practical use.
The article provides an overview and a brief description of mobile CCRC zaglinennoy to separate the rock mass in the quarries. Marked area of application, the main advantages and disadvantages of mobile systems.

Conditions Similar to the Process of Destruction of Rocks when Crushing and Grinding
The paper discusses the necessary and sufficient conditions that allow reasonably into correspondence research results on physical models to full-scale objects such complex processes as crushing and grinding of rocks and ores. The analysis of the functional dependence of the parameters characterizing the processes of destruction of materials in general. The results of the research allowed to specify the functional dependence of the process of destruction of rocks with the free kick. Establish additional facts showing that a free kick in crushing failure of the specimens occurs under the action of tensile stresses. In contact with the object of destroying the executive body of the car in the contact zone rocks pereizmelchaetsya first material and compacted. Upon reaching a critical size, the compacted core acts on the unruptured portion as a wedge piece, and there is a general destruction piece when exceeding the tensile strength of the material. This suggests that the destruction of the rocks hit a parameter called the rock tensile strength is more informative than the elastic modulus. In the analysis of the divisibility of rocks and ores with a free kick as the indicator should be used strength of crushed material strength.

Raising Effetctivness in the Use of Drilling Machinery in Northern Open Pits by the Introduction of Innovative Technical Works
Technical solutions are suggested to cool a purged airflow with the goal of preventing the disruption of drillholes temperature regimes and the plugging of drillholes with drill cuttings.
This can occur while drilling in clay-rich or silt-rich ground which heats up during the fragmentation of rock and the introduction of warm air from the drill compressor and causes the ground to take on viscous and adherent properties. This material then gets caught in and freezes onto the drill shaft, blocking return air through the hole casing.
To prevent this, it is suggested that the air used to flush the drillhole can either be cooled or a drill instrument can be created and implemented which would utilize low energy consumption in the breaking down of rock and be more effective in keeping drillholes clear of cuttings. At the Irkutsk State Technical University, cutting tools with removable drill bit teeth have been created with the ability to flush out drill cuttings, allowing large cleavages of material with a hardness of up to 7 of Protodiakonov's scale of hardness. These tools also produce a decrease in energy consumption in rotation as well as efficient flushing of fine fractions of drill cuttings.
This greatly increases drilling effectiveness, decreases dust levels at the drilling machine and increases comfort for operators. For the drilling of blast holes in massifs located in permafrost, the team at Irkutsk State Technical University has developed aggregated cutting-rotary drill bits which provide a combined impact on the plugging of cutting and rotary parts, depending on the hardness of the rock. This optimization of the drilling regime for blast holes in massifs having complex structures located in permafrost thus allows the use of more effective mechanisms for breaking the rock with lower wear on drill machine parts and increased utilization statistics.

Development of an Autonomous System of Electric Drive Vibration Isolation — Vibration Dynamic Damper of Support Assembly of Rotary Drilling Rig
A new system of autonomous damping of oscillations of electric drive longitudinally to rotary drilling rig ÑÁØ-250 is developed. This system also serves as a dynamic damper of support assembly oscillations of drilling rod of rotary drilling rig. Also additional damping of support assembly vibration is carried out due to the impact of multi-directional force field applied by pressure ropes and lifting of drilling rod. Lifting ropes are attached not as usual for most rigs with cable and tackle feeder and lifting of drilling rod, to the electric drive, which is separated from the reference node by bus-gear clutch. In the developed system, lifting ropes with head ropes are directly related to the support assembly without additional elastic ties. These ropes are defined pretension of such magnitude that, in the process of drilling a hole, as well as when you remove it from the drilling rod provides maximum reduction of the dynamics of oscillations of the support node. Computer parametric modeling of the effectiveness of the developed system is carried out.

The Classification of the Cutting Heads of the Drag-Hook Plough Systems
Basic advantages of the drag-hook plough systems in comparison with the slide plough systems are small width of corps of the cutting head and location of haulage chain at the conveyer from the side of a support. The requirements are indicated to the construction of the cutting heads. The different variants of the cutting heads of the drag-hook plough systems are described in detail, namely: symmetric and asymmetric cutting heads that can be executed as monoblock or component construction, working with wringing out of conveyer line and without wringing out of conveyer line. The construction of the component cutting heads may provide a force taking of non-working picks and can be performed without a force taking of non-working picks. There is a description of construction of the cutting heads with the different variants of regulation on a height: step, combined and hydraulic, and also on the construction of plate under a conveyer: three elements and more than three elements. The large variety of constructions of the cutting heads of the drag-hook plough systems necessitated the creation of their classification, which is given in the article.

Need for Slowdown of Lifting Vessels in an Emergency Braking on Mine Hoist Installations
The paper analyzes the main shortcomings of the safety brake of mine hoist installations only by applying braking force on the drive drum. In this case, deceleration of vessel is carried out at the expense of the weakening of rope tension, which will inevitably lead to significant overloads of traction organ after stopping the lifting machine. Many researchers have expressed the idea of selective braking mode, depending on the position of the vessel in depending on the position of the vessel and causes an alarm is triggered on the implementation of the emergency braking. However, an effective method of reducing the dynamic loads on the rope in the event of sudden braking of the laden vessel at this stage is not offered. For example, the emergency braking of vessel if it hangs of empty skip and speeding at the approach to the reception platform complicated by the fact that the braking distance is limited. In these cases, the known methods of reducing dynamic loads on the rope not apply. In this paper it is proposed the implementation of a safety braking under slowdown of lifting vessel. In this case the overall slowdown of mine hoisting installation is increase and reduced the weakening of the rope relative to the equilibrium state, and therefore reducing the value of the dynamic loads after stopping the hoist machine. This method will be useful for emergency braking for lifting equipment with multi-rope traction friction. This method will reduce the probability slipping on the ropes lining the drum at the safety stop.

Non-Pulse Control of the Operating Mode of Hydroracks of Sections Hydraulic Powered Support the Clearing Mechanized Complex
The article discusses the possibility of adapting the linear sections of mechanized roof supports to the variable geological conditions when developing sloping seams of medium thickness long complex-mechanized coal face. Adaptation is provided by the management of mountain pressure on the rate of change of pressure in the piston cavities legs with static work loads on the lining. Regulation of mining pressure is in the range from the bottom, accept higher pressure than the initial thrust to the top, taken below the pressure of the relief valve of the hydraulic jacks.
The proposed technical solution to separate the process control function mountain pressure in the precipitation process of the roof from the protection function of the shields from overload. Management of mining pressure is continuous regulation of the flow of fluid from the piston cavity hours in a complex hydraulic system, which eliminates the sharp pressure drop in the elements of the hydraulic system partitions, dynamic loads on the lining in the regulatory process and ensures the transfer of potential energy precipitation of roof rocks in the hydraulic system of the complex.

Analysis of the Technical Feasibility of the Plow Recess
To date, hydromechanical method for breaking coal and rock well-proven. However, the use of plows complicated and even impossible in the presence of coal seam hard rock inclusions. In this connection, to extend the scope of plows expedient to use in the process them hydromechanical fracture development providing hard coal and rock strength. Possible schemes hydromechanical fracture allowed to establish the most preferred scheme in which high pressure water is fed through a channel formed in the cutter body, directly to the zone of contact with the tool array degradable. Currently, this scheme is known as a scheme "to flow through the tool". After analyzing the options proposed layout of machinery, it can be concluded that the preferred option using pumping equipment. A scheme of arrangement of pumping equipment complete plow, and taking into account the rather large dimensions of the pump unit, it is advisable to implement a scheme to pump unit made in drift. This solution will reduce the weight of the plow, will reduce the energy consumption of the process of moving the plow along the face and keep your workspace.

Promising Technologies of Backfill Mixture Haulage in Mines of Kazakhstan
The article addresses the development of rational flow charts and methods of backfill mixture haulage in Kazakhstan mines. The authors have analyzed actual backfill mixture haulage flow charts. The design parameters of pipelines for a number of mines have been given. The rheological properties of mixtures, related to the quantity of plastifier, have been defined as well as the structure and chemical composition of backfill mass test cubes made of the mixture used currently in mines of Kazakhstan. The new flow charts of backfill mixture preparation and haulage have been proposed. These flow charts imply preparation of backfill in surface mixers, its haulage into a mine by vertical pipelines and self-propelled mixers, and the supply of the backfill into mined-out voids by pipelines using pumps. The novelty of the investigations consists in defining rheological properties of backfill mixtures with their binder and plastifier content. The results presented in the article can be used for designing and exploitation of backfill preparation plants in mines.

The Cutting Heads of the Drag-Hook Plough Systems for the Working of Seam with Total Thickness
The creation of the cutting heads of the drag-hook systems for the working of the coal seam with total thickness will allow substantially to bring down the non-productive expense of time on breaking of coal hunches and on caving of overhead part of coal in the longwalls with non-self-caving overhead part of coal and also will allow to apply of the powered supports in such longwalls. The cutting heads with spring and hydraulic regulation of height for the working of seam with total thickness were created in the Shakhty research and design institute of coal mining (ShakhtNIUI).
In the cutting head with spring regulation of height the picks head is fastened between bodies on the springs packet. It goes down or rises at the change of the seam thickness owing to the springs sag. The motion of the picks head makes 0.06 m. The cutting head with spring regulation of height was successfully tested in ShakhtNIUI on the full-length stand equipped by a coal-cement block.
In the cutting head with hydraulic regulation of height the hydraulic insertion is set between bodies. The hydraulic insertion has the oil cylinder equipped by the picks head and the ski. The ski cuddles constantly to the seam roof. The cutting head with hydraulic regulation of height was successfully tested on the stand of ShakhtNIUI and also under factory conditions at working of the seam i3í "Stepanovskiy".
The results of the stand and industrial tests of the cutting heads with spring and hydraulic regulation of height allowed to draw the conclusion, that the selected structural decisions are perspective.

Features Working Process Jaw Crushers with Simple and Complex Swing Movable Jaw
Choice of rational design and operational parameters of jaw crushers, makes full use of the technical capabilities of the equipment within the specified operating conditions, is one of the main objectives in the design of equipment. In this paper, based on the analysis of the mechanisms of jaw crushers with simple and complex swing movable jaw identified kinematic and technological features of the workflow crushers. It is shown that in a grinder with a complex swing cheek duration of withdrawal of various parts of the movable cheek by cheek exceeds the duration of the fixed approach. In this case, the rate of passage of crushed material to the crushing chamber increases. An analysis mechanism configured power grinder with a complex oscillation cheeks showed that the duty cycle comprises two phases crushing — at the beginning and end of the cycle. The dependence to determine the maximum possible value for the crusher crushing force with a complex swing movable jaw. The results of analysis of the mechanisms of jaw crushers allow a synthesis of design schemes with rational regime parameters.

Elementary Method for Calculation of Hard Rocks Erosion Caused by Abrasive Waterjets
The method of the theoretical description of the process of the brittle materials (to which most of rocks are belonged) destruction is proposed. The method is meant to determinate such a parameters of the rock destruction process as are a cutting depth, an erosion velocity and a velocity of the side surface cracks increment. The dependences are accurate for every brittle material that interacts with any medium bringing abrasive particles if it’s possible to neglect medium’s erosion action. The method contains a significant number of assumptions and simplifications. However authors thought that the main task for the theory of such a complex problem is to give an understanding of the process’s mechanism and to estimate its basic patterns. The simple model that can reproduce essentials of the process is fit for this purpose. So the paper might be considered as a conception.

Effect Thermal Stresses on the Value of Allowable Radius Waviness of Mine Hoisting Rope
Existing methods of calculation of the permissible radius undulation rope double strand with a metal core does not take into account thermal stresses resulting from temperature differences screw elements arranged in different layers of the ropes. Due to sharp falling of the rope under the influence of high temperature, uneven heating of the layers of the spiral elements leading to change of stress-strain state and, accordingly, the loss of carrying capacity of the rope. Was considered the heating unit of the ridge rope consisting of three layers of screw elements having a corresponding cross-sectional area and temperature. Expressions have been obtained temperature movements of the rope as a whole and its screw elements with uneven heating. The strength of the most loaded wire rope having a waviness with regard to the reduction of the tensile strength of the wire material. The algorithm of determination of variable mode functioning parameters of the drifting face ventilation system in the conditions of mine on the Nezhdaninskoye deposit is considered in the article. The organization of the mentioned airing way in a deadlock driving face is directed on increase of energy efficiency and energy saving when functioning means of local ventilation.
The variable ventilation mode of a working zone is based on a condition of accurate observance of requirements of sanitary and hygienic norms of working conditions of miners. The considered variable ventilation mode can be also applied to conditions any mountain enterprises using a drilling-and-blasting way of a driving of excavations. Besides the variable ventilation mode is expedient in relation to any types of the working zones which are characterized by the variable demanded amount of fresh air. In the given example, at an excavation driving to length of 200 m, variable ventilation mode due to serial use of VME-2-10A and UVOP-B-8-4 fans will allow to reduce the total size of the electric power consumed by fans more than by 3 times in comparison with the traditional constant ventilation mode of a face.

Resistance to the Motion of Conveyer Belt Arising when Passing Rollers
Dependences of force of resistance to the motion of the conveyer belt for three-roller idler set from loading, a tension and the speed of belt are received as a result of computer modeling of system "bulk — the conveyer belt — rollers". Dependences of force of resistance to the motion of the conveyer belt arising when passing rollers from loading and tension, speed of belt and tension are rather precisely described by the polynomials of the second order, approximating the experimental dependences received as a result of computer modeling of the stress-strain state of elements of system "bulk — the conveyer belt — rollers". The obtained dependences can be used to create differential methodology of calculation of belt conveyors and then to substantiation the ways of regulation of speed and/or tension of the conveyor belt.
