To the Question of Improvement of Structures Powered Supports
The article is presented material about new designs powered roof supports, which provide high rigidity of a design, at the expense of lever elements present in the structure. The first support was developed by I. A. Zhuravlev in 1932. Since 1932 so far, powered roof supports have changed cardinally. One of the questions of improvement of sections of powered supports is using enough rigid lever constructions in which the closed changeable contours contain. All powered roof supports are set in motion by supply of working fluid in a hydraulic jack, and then difficult movement of all system begins. Mobility of a hydraulic jack creates some difficulties in the study of kinematics and kinetostatics of powered supports. The main difficulty is that circumstance that at the hydraulic jack output the piston makes a difficult movement: translational and rotational relative cylinder relative to the fixed support. In this regard, the "direct" method to solve the problem of kinematics is not possible, it is necessary to find other methods. One of the given designs of powered supports will simplify the study of kinematics and kinetostatics if hydraulic jack on the frame set is stationary, i. e. without its relative mobility.

To the Question of Characteristics of Actuator of Cutter-Loader
Electric motors of the mechanism of cutting of coal combines work with rezkoperemenny loading on a shaft. Production schedules can be described by methods of the theory of stochastic functions. Mechanical characteristics of the engine of cutting have to ensure functioning of the combine both with average, and with a mean square capacity. The rigid part of the mechanical characteristic of the asynchronous engine is described by an oscillatory link of the second order which coefficient of damping can be presented as the quantitative relation of a half of a stock of kinetic energy of the rotating mass of the engine to the maximum moment of the engine. At design of kombaynovy engines the coefficient of damping should be accepted not lower than 0,3. The increase in coefficient of the damping, connected with sliding growth, allows to reduce dispersion of current loading, so to increase electric drive efficiency. Passport values of efficiency of the existing kombaynovy engines having very rigid characteristics, reach 96 %, however at rezkoperemenny loading this value decreases to 30...50 %.
The increase in coefficient of damping will allow the kinetic energy reserved by rotating parts of the drive, to be discharged on executive body that, together with the electromagnetic moment, will allow to overcome peaks of loading and to cut power consumption.
Evaluation of the work of mechanical part of the combine is presented by the analysis of coefficient of electromechanical communication. It is shown that change of coefficient of electromechanical communication practically doesn’t influence change of mechanical fluctuations in transmission.

Invariant Current Protection Against Single-Phase Earth Short Circuits for 6...35 kV Electric Networks
Until now selective action of protection against single-phase earth short circuits isn’t provided, which leads to unjustified shutdowns and down time of electric equipment. This is caused by parametric irregularity of zero sequence current contour. The purpose of this work is develop current protection device for electric networks from single-phase earth short circuits, which will offer increased selectivity and invariance in relation to parameters of zero sequence current contour.
The main objectives of the research are the analysis of transitional resistance influence in a short circuit area on current protection operability and experimental justification of protection invariant action in the conditions of parametric inconstancy of zero sequence current contour.
As a result of the conducted theoretical and practical research it was revealed that existence of transitional resistance in a short circuit area on the earth inevitably leads to reduction of zero sequence current value in the damaged junction and, as a result, decreases the protection sensitivity. Developed algorithm allows increasing of protection sensitivity by assessment of earth short circuit incompleteness degree and controlled current value correction of the damaged junction.
Introduction of invariant current protection against single-phase earth short circuits will allow to considerably increase reliability and safety of power supply in the mineral structure enterprises.

Analysis of the Influence of Box Guides Geometrical Parameters on the Dynamic Deformation-Strength Characteristics of Reinforcement in Conditions of Wear. Part I
This article analyzes the influence of geometrical parameters of the systems "protective runner—guide" on the dynamic stability of the system "lifting vessel—reinforcement" and deformation-strength characteristics of reinforcement conditions of wear for long term use.
The problem of determining the dependence of box guides resistance moment from residual wall thickness in the process of wear for various sizes of guides which have the same initial external dimensions was firstly formulated and solved in the article. It is shown that with equal residual wall thickness, originally a thicker guide has less residual carrying capacity than originally thinner because of the greater loss of external dimensions. That is why the adjustment of regulations on control of guides' geometrical parameters is required to consider changes in its actual carrying capacity in during wear process.

Recommendations for Calculation of Driving Motor Parameters of Suction Cutter
In this paper analysis of the impact on the working parameters of the hydraulic engine of working body of suction cutter of underwater mining complex design, energy and operational factors were performed. The possibility of setting the cutting tool in the form of a conical crown is shown. Hydraulic motor of the original design was used.
The passage through the circular perimeter required flow rate pulp without precipitation of solids was achieved. This effect was obtained on the basis of the theory of the hydraulic lift of loose materials. Reliability of the suction cutter compared with horizontal cutting drum with multistage water turbine was increased. Method for the continuous movement of the working body in a horizontal plane directed at destruction or loosening of the mineral with simultaneous traction into slurry pipeline through hydrostatic pressure due to the location of the buffer with pump station was implemented by original design of the working body. Productivity of the complex as compared with a linear motion of the mining machinery was improved.
A method for calculating the parameters of the hydraulic engine of working body of underwater complex was proposed. This method is based on the priority use of the equation of the critical speed of the pulp in the circular perimeter, depended on the working volume of the two-chamber hydraulic motor with swinging vane and experimental studies cutting modes array with adequate physical and technical characteristics for conical crowns.

The purpose of the research is to develop recommendations for increasing mileage of tire for dump trucks in the conditions of Olympiada GOK. There are a solve for 3 tasks. The first task connected with maintenance of equal conditions of various positions of tires at achievement of normalized mileage. The best option is to install and cancellation of a full set of tires. It will be possible with the implementation of the proposed scheme tire rotation, which excludes abrasion tires to "holes", and therefore will produce retreading. The company used the scheme of a permutation not allow for this. The second task provides for the introduction of technology retreading tires, which would increase its range by 80 %. For practical realization of this process is necessary to purchase a set of equipment which offer European and U.S. markets. Tires are not subject to recovery, are to be disposed of. This is the third task. Its solution becomes feasible using of modern technological equipment to, allowing to receive after tire recycling of high-octane fuel. technical carbon containing 92...99 % pure carbon, high alloyed steel. Based on the above, it is proposed to modernize the existing tire repair section. Energy Supply Features of Suction Cutter of Mining Complex for Underwater Mining
A complex for underwater mining of ferromanganese nodules was described. It includes seafloor equipment with suction cutter, buffer with atmospheric pressure, which submerged under the level, where pump station is mounted, waterborne vehicle with power installation and slurry pipelines of positive buoyancy. Energy consumption of complex depends on the immersion of buffer, productivity and power of seafloor equipment, the throughput of pipelines.
A variant of energy supply production system was reviewed. Operation of the seafloor equipment is provided by volumetric water hydraulic motor. This motor drives the oil pump, the energy of which is used to the rotation of the oil motor, mounted in the catcher of slurry pipeline, and hydraulic motor by which the working body is moved in the horizontal plane. Energy transfer to the hydraulic water engine is carried by pipeline positive buoyancy from the water vane pump (or volumetric) which located on the waterborne vehicle.
The features of this transfer, including the design of the hydraulic engine and conditions of the evacuation of water from his working chambers were analyzed. There is no flow passage (drainage channel) to power supply in this hydraulic engine. A new quality — the force displacement of water into the receiving environment with the same density (under the level) was identified. The dependence to determine the head of the pump on the waterborne vehicle was received. The level of energy consumption for the operation of the seafloor equipment was set. The process of evacuation of energy carrier under the level using the theory expiration free submerged jet was examined. To account for this effect was introduced by a coefficient whose value is determined in this work experimentally. The dependence for finding necessary pressure of pump considering the booster pressure for the evacuation of working fluid from the engine "under the level" was determined.

Characteristic's Estimation of Griddle with the Moving Rope Field
Existing griddles for coal sorting has a lot of weaknesses. The griddle with moving rope field are suggested for coal sorting, it has advantages over common vibrating griddles and it model was designed in Siberian Federal University. The estimation of it main characteristics was made and presented the comparison of technical characteristics, such as productivity, dimension, weight, power of the electric motor and others, of the new model with common vibrating griddles for coal sorting. Presented griddle has simple design, almost don't create the vibration, the required power of electric motor are lower and it has less weight and dimensions than common griddles with the same productivity. The griddle with moving rope field can be used not only stationary but with mobile chassis. The griddle is equipped with cover, which improve environment condition on the workplace.

Mathematical Model of Process of Cutting Rocks by Interrupted High Pressure Water Jet
The application interrupted water jets for destruction of rocks requires realization both experimental and theoretical researches. In this connection the attempt of development of the mathematical device for numerical modeling process of cutting rocks by interrupted high pressure water jet is undertaken. Let's note, that the interrupted water jet represents a sequence of separate jets. Therefore in a task impact of a separate jet about a mountain file at first is considered and the depth of its destruction is determined, and further on the basis of effective summation the depth is calculated also at repeated impact of separate jets. The task is solved on a basis of the physically proved hypotheses and assumptions, which validity is confirmed by numerous researches. At construction of model the parameters of a pulse jet of water (length, cross size and speed of a jet, density of a liquid, speed of moving a jet and frequency of following of separate jets) and mechanical characteristics of a material (density, module Yanga, factor Pyassona, strength on a stretching and compression, and also up to destruction time) are taken into account. The analysis of durability and modeling conditions destruction of rocks file to be carried spent on the basis criterion of durability Kylona—Mora. The integrated equation of rocks is received, which numerical decision is based on application of a method of final elements, and use final elements as squares. In result the theoretical dependences by definition of depth of destruction of rocks are received both at impact of a separate jet, and at repeated impact of separate jets. Thus, the developed model is a basis for realization of the further theoretical researches, which results will allow to achieve understanding of the least investigated phenomena of process, to connect together theory and experimental researches, and the settlement dependences by definition depth of destruction will allow model to get practical importance.

Justification Rational Values Dynamic Parameters Rock Cutting Tool and Rock Drilling at Shock
Tasks associated with the definition of the dynamic characteristics of the elements of shock-ing systems and rock and evaluation of their effect on the operation of drilling machines percussion, are some of the a-new consideration in the application of the theory of impact. Due to the complexity of the analytical expressions of dynamic characteristics, depending, in particular, the geometric shapes and sizes of the colliding bodies, these problems are solved not fully.
In the present study determined the relationship between the major parameters of a percussion drilling machine with the dynamic characteristics of elements of the shock and for optimal rock impact system in which the dynamic characteristics of all elements of constant magnitude and equal. The expressions for the bulk of drilling speed and power consumption of drilling with the dynamic characteristics of the elements of shock and drummer. It is found that, ceteris paribus (parameters of impactor, rock cutting tool design concept, physical and mechanical properties of the rock) performance indicators of the drilling machine percussion determined depending on the stiffness of the shock rock, namely, the magnitude of the contact area "tool rock." An expression for the limiting value of the stiffness of the shock rock, at which the maximum values indicators of the workflow.

The Use of Cable-Hydraulic System Mining Excavator
Pressure and lifting mechanisms mining excavators proposed to use cable-hydraulic drive. This drive will provide a reduction efforts on the elements of the work equipment. When locking the bucket in hydraulic trigger safety valves and limit efforts at a given level. In cable-hydraulic system, due to the small velocities and masses of the moving elements is stored kinetic energy is much smaller in magnitude than those mechanisms with winches and electric drive, so there is no significant increase in efforts in the ropes when locking the bucket. Most effective for mining shovels will be the combined use of cable-hydraulic drive with articulated-arm scheme of work equipment which, by its kinematics is similar to a hydraulic excavator "shovel" (EG). Efficiency is-use EG proved their practical use, and the shortcomings can be attributed considerable weight boom and arm associated with the fact that the boom and stick work in bending and compression. In our proposed scheme cylinders acting through the ropes at the end points of the mechanism, thus, boom and stick are discharged from the bend, resulting in a decrease in weight of the work equipment. For the proposed scheme, a mathematical model, an algorithm and a computer program, with which you can carry out studies of the effect of geometric and strength parameters of the excavator to search for rational parameters.

Between Constructive and Regime Parameters Hydraulic Operating Equipment Excavators
One of the main tasks in the design process excavators with respect to specific mining conditions, a choice of rational design and operating parameters of the working equipment and the main mechanisms that ensure full use of the technical capabilities of the equipment in specified conditions.
The solution to this problem is based on the systematic approach, focusing on identifying various types of links in the object (process, kinematics, energy and others) and mixing them (links) in a single theoretical model. In the present paper, the structure of the hydraulic operating equipment quarry excavator as a set of series-connected lever-hydraulic mechanisms, forming a single unit.
Identified technical features working equipment lever mechanism and hydraulic system.
It is shown that under certain geometric dimensions of the links are China-hydraulic turning mechanism of the bucket is provided by the rational scheme of loading mechanism in which the force acting on the rod of the cylinder of rotation of the bucket varies proportionally with the increase of the resistance forces of rotation of the bucket.
It is established that under the joint operation of the cylinders may have significant reactive forces acting on the cylinders that are in the "closed" state, as due to the growth of external loads, and when you change the leverage of the force. In a result of the safety valve in the working area of the excavator appear "outside" areas.
Defined conditions, which provide for the effective operation of the hydraulic operating equipment quarry excavator.

Reduce the Load by a Jaw Crusher the Shape of the Projection Crushing Plates
Currently the world's priority is the development of the mineral complex. Here efficiency disintegration of solid materials, primarily in the form of mineral rocks is one of the main tasks.
The fragmentation of rocks used vast energy resources. It is known that every year since the 1980s, is extracted from the Earth about 20 billion tons of minerals and tens of billions of tons of waste rock. All this rock mass in varying degrees subject to grinding, crushing at the concentrators in the construction industry, to which spent tens of GW hours of energy. Everything connected with the improvement of the processes of crushing, with the creation of high-performance and low-power-consuming crushers refers to a problem of national importance.
Studies indicate that the elimination of these shortcomings mainly due to the choice of a rational profile crusher crushing plates.
Objective: reduction of failure loads in the milling process.
In this paper we study the interaction of pieces of rock with projections crushing jaw crusher plates. Found that a decrease in the contact area with pieces of rock ledges crushing plates tendency of reduction failure loads. In this case the destruction of a piece of rock is the result of its expansion, it injects projection and its subsequent rupture at which the material appeared tensile stress.

Results of Theoretical Researches of Process of Cutting Rocks by Interrupted High Pressure Water Jet
The developed mathematical model process of cutting rocks by a pulse high pressure water jet is in detail submitted in our previous publications. Thus the mathematical modeling of considered process, has required its some idealization, that is introduction of a number of the assumptions. Therefore most correct in such case is the comparison of results of theoretical researches executed on model, with laws of process of destruction of breeds established experimentally, and thus estimation of adequacy to this model to real process.
To research the hydropulse realizing principle of mechanical internal interruption of a continuous water jet was accepted through a cylindrical tip, and also results of experimental researches process of cutting rocks by such tool.
The theoretical researches as numerical experiments were executed through the applied settlement program "WaterJetFracture".
The executed accounts have allowed to determine a material constant of rocks, accepted to research, namely up to destruction time. The statistical processing results of researches has allowed to receive settlement dependences for definition of depth of destruction at impact of a separate jet, and also at action of repeated impacts separate jets. Besides the dependences for account up to destruction time and dimensionless speed of change of depth of destruction are received.
The comparison of results theoretical and experimental data is executed which testifies that the developed mathematical model adequately describes process and opens the mechanism of destruction rocks by pulse high pressure water jet, and the received settlement formulas and applied program "WaterJetFracture" can be used for practical accounts.
